All contracts are conducted in English and by entering into a contract both parties agree to submit to the sole jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, in accordance with English law.
The following terms and conditions will apply between you and Hugo Bloom LTD when you buy an item from www.hugobloom.com
Please note, these terms and conditions can potentially change at any time, please read the T&Cs and check back often. If you do not agree to any changes then you should stop using our websites, or please contact us before placing an order.
All items shown on our website are made to order unless it states in stock.
There might be a slight variation in colour due to photography / light effects or due to computer colour resolution. Colours will be used matching the original outfit. Please note that Leather being a natural product, skin patterns can differ on garments.
Please note: that if you choose a shipping method that says it will get there in a certain number of days that we still need the time to prepare your package to be dispatch.
Please note: that the purchaser is responsible for inputting the correct shipping address. If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered, then Hugo Bloom Ltd cannot be responsible for replacing the product. It is the purchaser responsibility for making sure that the shipping address entered is a secure address. We cannot cover the cost of lost or stolen packages, nor can we interact with the shipping company to locate your lost package, if the tracking information says it was delivered or is in route to the shipping address. If the shipping company shows the packaged as having been delivered, then we will assume that it was delivered.
If a package comes back to us as “undeliverable” or as “insufficient” or “wrong address,” the purchaser will be charged for shipping the package to its proper destination (even if the order originally warranted free shipping). Or, if the purchaser prefers, Hugo Bloom can issue a refund for that purchase.
Hugo Bloom cannot be held responsible if shipping is delayed due to weather or acts beyond our control.
Insurance and delivery
Hugo Bloom insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature upon delivery. The goods are your responsibility from the time we deliver them to the address you gave us.
Choosing a delivery without collecting a signature. If you choose Hugo Bloom can leave your package(s) outside the premises at the shipping address provided by you without obtaining a signature for proof of delivery, then you take full responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur.
Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders in stock within 24 hours, or 48 hours. Delivery times appearing on the site are estimates and are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We will deliver made to order goods to you within 30 days of the day on which we accept your order. Hugo Bloom is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
If delivery is delayed by any event outside of our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay. Provided we do this, we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to cancel your order and we will give you a refund for any goods you have paid for but not received.
All items for a refund can be returned by post with a return note with your full details for either a refund or exchange.
Your rights regarding made to order are the same as those for any other purchase.
In order to make purchases on the Site you will be required to provide your personal details. In particular, you must provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided.
Acceptance of your order
All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. Once you have made your choice confirm the order button at the end of the checkout, and your order has been placed, you will receive an email on orders made to order within 48 hrs to acknowledging the details of your order. On orders that are in stock you will receive an email within 24 hrs.
Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the sale between you and Hugo Bloom will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched and a tracking number for you to track the order.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria.
The price you see on www.hugobloom.com is the price you will pay at checkout.
International Pricing Policy
Customers purchasing from a country outside UK will incur relevant import duty and tax. These will be charged for the items purchased and shipping costs only. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.
If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in Sterling, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.
Whilst every effort is made to make sure details on our website are accurate, we may from time to time discover an error in the pricing or products. If we discover an error in the pricing or the product in your order, we will let you know as soon as possible. If you order a product that is priced incorrectly for any reason, we will email you to inform you that we have not accepted your order or that your order has been cancelled. If you have already paid for the goods, we shall refund the full amount as soon as we are able.
We take reasonable care to keep the details of your order and payment secure. All credit/debit card transactions on this site are processed using PayPal, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.
You can pay with PayPal. At checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to ‘Log In’ and review the amount shown before clicking ‘Pay Now’. Once this transaction is complete, payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order by Hugo Bloom. Payments of all credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Hugo Bloom we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER OR AMENDMENTS
You have the right to cancel, you can change or make amendments to your order within 14 days once the order has been submitted, without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day of your order.

For orders cancelled, we will issue you with a full refund. We will make reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
In the event that we have sent goods to you and you have cancelled your order, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back.
You will have to bear the cost of returning the goods.
Exchange & Return Policy
You must request your exchange or return and send your unwanted items back to us within 30 days for a refund of the value of the item only, or an exchange, based on stock availability. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it for a refund and purchase the new item separately.
Please note: items must be returned in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that this has not been done.
We are always happy to refund or exchange on goods which you are not happy with whatever the reason.
If you have received a faulty item please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org Faulty items returned after 30 days of purchase will be replaced or repaired, should we not be able to offer a replacement or repair of the item we reserve the right to offer a refund.
Delivery is made via our normal carriers in our normal timeframes. Standard or Express is available. For more information about estimated delivery and arrival times please email us on email@example.com. Any delivery time or date given by Hugo Bloom is an estimate only. If the item is delivered late you must accept delivery unless a non-delivery agreement is reached in advance between Hugo Bloom and yourself.
